CampusWorks Inc. and Dynamic Campus have announced a merger aimed at expanding their collective impact on the higher education sector. The move brings together two organizations that specialize in providing strategic technology and functional support to colleges and universities.
The companies stated that the merger is driven by the increasing complexity of the higher education landscape, where institutions are facing growing pressure to modernize operations and improve student outcomes. By combining resources, the new entity intends to offer a broader range of expertise in enterprise system optimization and data-driven decision-making.
“This combination allows us to preserve what makes us strong while working alongside a mission-aligned organization to thoughtfully shape the future of how we serve higher education,” said Liz Murphy, CEO and chief evangelist of CampusWorks. Murphy noted that the partnership is designed to provide the scalability necessary for institutions to navigate digital transformation and maintain sustainable operations.
Dynamic Campus, which has operated since 2002, focuses on managed services and aligning institutional technology with academic missions. CampusWorks has spent more than 26 years assisting schools with operational effectiveness and student experience strategies.
Jody Glubke, chief executive officer and co-founder of Dynamic Campus, said the merger strengthens the ability of both teams to help institutional leaders manage change. “By coming together, we are strengthening our ability to support colleges and universities with greater capacity and expanded expertise,” Glubke said.
The merger is supported by Atlantic Street Capital, the private equity firm that holds Dynamic Campus in its portfolio. Paul Sun, a partner at Atlantic Street Capital, described the combined business as a scaled organization with a stronger foundation for long-term growth.
The leadership teams from both companies indicated that the integration would focus on helping clients streamline processes and build capacity for future technological shifts within the campus environment.
