EF Johnson Technologies Announces New Senior Leadership

EF Johnson Technologies, which supplies communication technology to emergency responders, recently announced two new faces among its senior leadership.

Mitch Urbanczyk, who currently serves as the Vice President of Strategic Systems Sales, has been promoted to the role of Senior Vice President of Sales. He’ll manage all sales functions in the public safety and enterprise channels, according to a news release, to craft a unified communications strategy for the company’s entire suite of wireless solutions.

Stephanie Spears, who currently serves as the Senior Director of Bids and Proposals, has also been promoted to the role of Vice President of Bid Operations. She’ll oversee all pre-sale management functions of the business and lead the wireless engineering team.
