About the Speaker:

Brian Telljohann, Partner Solutions Software Leader, Allegion

Physical security is becoming a software business, whether hardware companies like it or not. Brian Telljohann is one of the people at Allegion making sure that transition actually works for the developers who build on top of it — because the best access control experience is the frictionless one nobody notices. As Partner Solutions Software Leader, Brian leads the team behind the Yonomi integration platform, Allegion's mobile apps, and the partner integration work that connects access control hardware to industry-leading software ecosystems. He came up through the hardware side of the business — over a decade designing electronic locks and RFID readers, several patents in wireless lock technology, and leading a product management team for commercial electronics. He holds an MBA from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Rose-Hulman.

Alisha Saiyed, Product Manager, Allegion

Alisha Saiyed is a Product Manager at the intersection of Physical Security and IoT, with a background in Computer Science, that once seemed out of place but has become increasingly critical in as physical security and cybersecurity converge. Alisha is a Product Manager on Allegion’s Mobile Credentials Team and serves as Chair of the Aliro Marketing and Product Sub Group within the Connectivity Standards Alliance.
