Since 2008, Pat has played a pivotal role in developing and implementing the Standard Response Protocol (SRP) and the Standard Reunification Method (SRM). His expertise in school safety has earned him the title “Grandfather of Reunification,” a testament to his leadership in crisis response and reunification efforts.

As the Alliance Director of The “I Love U Guys” Foundation, Pat continues to drive meaningful change, working alongside mission partners to expand the reach and impact of the SRP and SRM.
